Choose Recruitment Consultants To Find Good Essex Jobs

I have to admit that after my degree I had concerns about moving to my hometown in Essex to look for employment. After reading the news about how the financial climate was affecting graduates I did begin to feel concerned that I wouldn't have many options in Essex, jobs were apparently hard to find across the country. I was worried that Essex jobs would be harder to come by than places in London and that as a graduate I would really struggle. Luckily however, I found that not to be the case.

The first thing I did when I returned from university was to apply to several agencies who all promised to help find me work in media, which was what I ideally wanted. The agencies in Essex were extremely helpful and soon I had several calls a week offering different temporary jobs. This offered me a great start because not only did it provide me with an income it also allowed me to experience some varied Essex jobs. This would look great on my CV and help me out financially, which was of course my main concern since leaving education.

Once I had done several temporary Essex jobs I began to feel more hopeful as the agencies worked really hard to make sure I had job each week and an income. Although the recession was in full swing and doom and gloom was being reported by the press I felt confident I would eventually find something permanent. I was tailoring my CV to each interview I had and researching the companies so that I felt could offer my necessary skills. I found that as a graduate the best option was to keep all of your options open when looking for work, there is no point limiting yourself to particular sectors at this stage.

Luckily for me within a few months I managed to find myself a permanent Essex job that suited me really well. Although I had to wait a few months I had been able to earn some cash and gain experiences in job areas I maybe wouldn't have thought of trying. My new job is really down to the help of recruitment consultants who found me work in the Essex jobs sector. Now I have a job that I really enjoy and despite being very concerned about the job prospects that many people have been facing across the country, I am proof that you can find work.
